Traditional Scottish Haggis

We consider ours the best version of our national dish you can buy.  Don’t confuse this haggis with the canned product you find in your local supermarket. Like our Black Pudding, ours spans five (and a half) generations of the Grant family. First created by Jessie Grant in Dornoch in the late twentieth century, her great-great grandson Stuart still makes the same recipe. Grants haggis renowned for it’s outstanding flavour and texture, and as a result it will keep you coming back.

How is it made?

Our delicacy is made using only the very finest ingredients that include lamb heart and lamb liver becuase we believe a recipe like ours should only be made that way. Our haggis is made at Grants premises in Grantown-on-Spey in the Cairngorms. We have high demand from some of the finest restaurants in Scotland, to small delicatessens all over the UK. We produce our haggis every day so that we can fulfil orders. Want to know more about what’s in haggis and how we make it?
